As a Sorbara purchaser, you are encouraged to browse through our Décor Centre to select your new home finishes.
You will be invited to a minimum of two appointments with one of our in-house design consultants. Your first appointment is an opportunity for you to discuss any custom design alterations that you may be considering for your home and also to personalize any structural changes that you may wish.
Your second appointment at the Décor Centre will be to select the interior finishes for your home. We encourage you to take advantage of both appointments to ensure that your new home is designed with your needs and care for your lifestyle.
Summer browsing hours for the Décor Centre are Saturday May 9 & 23, June 6 & 20, July 11 & 25, and August 8 & 22 from 11:00 to 5:00, and by appointment only during the weekdays.

When you purchase a Sorbara home you will receive our Homeowner’s Manual specifically tailored to your new home. The purpose of this manual is to provide you with a consolidation of pertinent information to help guide you through the new home construction process and after sales warranty and service.
